A fresh leak surrounding Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S27 lineup suggests the company may introduce a brand-new “Pro” model with a unique display size never before seen in the Galaxy S series.
According to reports from Korean publication ETNews, the rumored Samsung Galaxy S27 Pro could feature a 6.47-inch OLED display. This would place the phone directly between the standard Galaxy S27 and the larger Galaxy S27+ in terms of size.
The leak suggests Samsung is preparing a four-model Galaxy S27 lineup, which may include the Galaxy S27, S27 Pro, S27+, and S27 Ultra. The company is reportedly trying to offer a more compact flagship option for users who want Ultra-level specifications without the massive size or built-in S Pen.
Reports claim the Galaxy S27 Pro may share many premium features with the Galaxy S27 Ultra, including flagship cameras, next-generation Snapdragon hardware, and Samsung’s rumored Privacy Display technology. However, the device is expected to skip S Pen support in order to maintain a slimmer and lighter design.
Another recent leak also hinted that the Galaxy S27 Pro could feature a 5,000mAh battery despite its relatively compact body size.
Online reactions to the rumors have been largely positive, with many Samsung fans saying they would welcome a “mini Ultra” smartphone that delivers flagship performance in a more manageable form factor.
Samsung has not officially confirmed the Galaxy S27 Pro or its specifications yet. However, the growing number of leaks suggests the company may be preparing one of its biggest Galaxy S lineup changes in years.
