Realme officially reveals more details about the 16T ahead of its launch

Realme has officially shared more information about the upcoming Realme 16T 5G ahead of its India launch, revealing key details related to the phone’s camera system, display, battery, and durability features.

The smartphone is scheduled to launch in India on May 22 and will be sold through Flipkart and Realme’s official online store. Recent teasers and microsite listings confirm that the device is being positioned as a battery-focused mid-range smartphone with AI-powered camera tools and gaming-oriented features.

Massive 8,000mAh Battery Confirmed

One of the biggest highlights of the Realme 16T 5G is its huge 8,000mAh “Titan Battery.” Realme claims the device can deliver up to three days of battery life on a single charge. The company has also confirmed support for 45W wired fast charging, bypass charging, and reverse charging support.

Realme additionally says the battery is designed to maintain healthy performance for up to seven years, while the phone itself is rated for six years of smooth usage performance.

50MP Sony Camera With AI Features

The company has officially confirmed that the Realme 16T 5G will feature a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and autofocus support. The camera system will use Realme’s LumaColor IMAGE Engine for improved skin tones, textures, and dynamic range.

Realme has also introduced several AI-powered photography tools including:

On the front, the Realme 16T 5G will feature a 144Hz high-refresh-rate display with peak brightness reaching up to 2,100 nits. Reports suggest the phone may use a 6.57-inch AMOLED or LCD panel depending on the final regional variant.
